The 2020 ASEAN Para Games (APG) will be delayed yet again.
The event was supposed to be held in January after the biennial SEA Games but it was postponed to March due to lack of financial resources.
However with the outbreak of the 2019 coronavirus, the event looks set to be postponed for a second time.
News portal Philstar had quoted Philippines Paralympic Committee president Michale Barredo who said that the Para Games could now be moved to May or June.
The coronavirus has already forced the Philippines to cancel the National Sports Summit in February and the Philippines National Games in May.
Other events which have been put on hold include the World Athletics Indoor Championships and the Chinese Super League football tournament which has been suspended.
