Dec 9, 2019

Three more Young Lions footballers from Singapore’s SEA Games squad have also been discovered to have broken curfew.

This means that a total of nine players have been caught breaking curfew during the SEA Games in Manila.

“Shah Shahiran, Hami Syahin and Saifullah Akbar will face disciplinary measures along with the other six players,” said the FAS, after further investigation.

“The FAS would like to reiterate that such conduct by national team players is wholly unacceptable and any player found guilty of such offences will be dealt with severely.”

Last week, Tajeli Salamat, Joshua Pereira, Zulqarnaen Suzliman, Zharfan Rohaizad, Kenji Rusydi and Lionel Tan were named for breaking the curfew in Manila.
