1 Million Visitors. Marina Bay Carnival Rocks.

Singapore’s biggest carnival, the Prudential Marina Bay Carnival, has welcomed its 1,000,000th visitor.

The lucky visitor, Mr Mel Tan, 42 , and his family were presented with a gift pack that included S$888 in cash and S$888 worth of Carnival credits.

He shared that he and his wife make the effort to take the kids out each weekend, and decided to visit the Carnival last weekend as seven-year-old Evan had been asking to go to the Carnival.

Mr Tan said: “I’m glad we decided to make the visit today This is our first time to
the Carnival, and being the 1,000,000th visitor is such a pleasant surprise.

“The Carnival has lots of things to do as a family, and I think it’s the perfect place to spend some quality time together,” he added.

Mr Barnabas Chia, Lead of the Organising Team behind the Prudential Marina Bay Carnival shared about the milestone in visitor numbers, “This has truly been a colourful and fun-filled carnival for the people and we are heartened by the support we have been receiving.

“We will continue to work towards providing a meaningful destination for families and friends to spend quality time together and look forward to sharing this joy and accessible entertainment with more visitors at Marina Bay this month before the Carnival ends its run on 1 April 2018.”

In appreciation of the strong support visitors have shown towards the Carnival, every online purchase of Carnival credits from now till 1 April 2018 will automatically be entered into a lucky draw with attractive prizes including two pairs of Scoot return tickets to Tokyo and Seoul, and a GoPro Hero 6 camera.

Held till 1 April 2018 at Marina Bay’s Bayfront Event Space, the Prudential Marina Bay Carnival opens daily from 4pm to 11pm . Admission is free for all, and credits for rides and games can be purchased on – site and online via http://marinabaycarnival.sg.
